Maine and New Hampshire media outlets report on ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s partnership agreement with Great Bay Community College

ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½'s partnership agreement with Great Bay Community College (GBCC) was recently mentioned in Bangor Daily News and Seacoast Online articles and in a radio spot on New Hampshire Public Radio (NHPR).

The media mentions highlighted ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½â€™s announcement that students who earn an associate degree at GBCC will now be able to transfer up to 63 credits when they pursue one of 20 ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ bachelor’s and master’s degree programs.

Seacoast Online explained that since tuition costs are lower for community colleges than they are for four-year degree programs, this agreement is one way that the schools are working to help make higher education more affordable for students.
